Operational Days

TrackStyle operates Thursday to Monday. Please note that we are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Any orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing and Production Time

  • Design and Proofing: After placing your order, we strive to design your custom graphics and send a proof within two business days. Your prompt approval of the proof is essential to keep the process moving swiftly.
  • Printing and Curing Time: Once you approve the design proof, we will print your graphics. The printed material must sit for 12 hours to ensure proper adhesion before lamination.
  • Shipping: After lamination, your order will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

Shipping Methods and Times

  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery Time: Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier. We will provide an estimated delivery window with your tracking information.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the USA. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes levied by their respective countries.

Returns Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order, we are here to help with returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Eligibility: Custom graphics are eligible for return only if there are defects in the product or errors in the printing that deviate from the approved proof.
  • Return Process: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return defective or incorrect items. Provide your order number, details about the product issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or error.
  • Refunds and Exchanges: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Exchanges will be issued for defective or damaged items only.

How to Return
